HOW TO CREATE A PRACTICE WITH ONLY THE CLIENTS YOU LOVE TO WORK WITH
Feb 18, 2021Most practitioners work as generalists, serving their local area, which means they often end up taking on clients with issues that they don't love working with.
COVID has really created much more opportunity for specialization, where more sessions are virtual and office location is no longer as much of a factor.
And more and more mental health providers are launching online-only programs such as online group coaching programs where they are able to focus their marketing on attracting ONLY the people they truly love to work with.
Getting this right isn't just practice-changing. It's life-changing. Serving your clients fills you up - it no longer drains you. Helping the specific clients who you want to work with creates a business where you look forward to most days of work, and this feeling of being energized and "in the zone" spills over into your leisure time, your family time, and all your relationships.
In this video I cover the major principles behind creating a practice where you serve only the clients/issues you really want to focus on. It applies mostly to those open to the group coaching model, but I've made it so there's relevancy here to everyone.
