Cecilie Launched Her "Equipped Lay Counselor" Program To Immediate Success!

Cecilie is both a mental health professional and a pastor.

She felt frustrated by the lack of mental health-informed support in churches, and saw too many examples of people coming to church in need of help and either receiving underwhelming levels of help and support from parishioners, or the pastor was too overwhelmed to support them as they really needed.

So Cecilie created a training program called The Equipped Lay Counselor. She teaches basic counseling principles to dedicated churchmembers so they can deliver much improved help to those who come to church seeking help and healing, and so they can take the load of already overwhelmed pastors.

Her program has been immediately successful, with people literally coming out of the woodwork and enrolling.

Cecilie's training program is a perfect fit for her to achieve her God-given mission as a pastor and mental health professional and I'm very excited to see how far she takes it!
