Dr. Erin Created A Program For Healthcare Professionals And Landed A $98,000 Contract Within A Few Weeks

Dr. Erin had a very interesting journey creating her consulting program.

When she originally began working with me she felt like her the individual therapy she was doing in a cancer center was beginning to burn her out.

And she wanted to have more balance, and more time to focus on her creative writing which is a major passion for her in her life.

Initially we helped her launch two coaching programs that she discerned were not a fit for her personally - despite both showing signs they were going to be very successful. 

Then she came up with the idea of merging her love for creative writing with the problem of burnout for healthcare providers, and created a coaching program that teaches them how to use creative writing as an instrument to mitigate their feelings of stress and burnout.

And by using my process to plan, build, and market her program, she had a contract with a hospital worth almost $100,000 within three weeks!

Now she spends part of her time helping burning-out hospital workers cope with the issues caused by the COVID pandemic.

And has created more personal time she can use to focus on her own creative writing practice.

And her first hospital client told her, "if we like what we see, there are 3 other hospitals we want you in"!

Now Erin has a scaleable consulting business that combines her love for creative writing with helping others. And due to the group-based approach she is using, she has the ability to take on as many more contracts as she wants.
