I was speaking with a mental health professional today who has too much on her plate, but her practice isn't at capacity....

So I suggested she launch an online group coaching program that would simultaneously help her make more impact and revenue with her work while cutting clinical hours.

Her response, which is entirely logical, was:

"It's hard enough to get one new client, how could I fill a group program?"

But my answer is... it's actually easier to fill a group program than it is to fill a therapy practice with clients.
